Good location as its right on the highway. Easy connection to Industrial Area and airport. Washroom is clean and bed is comfortable. Room size is small though. All basic amenities for a business traveller is available. Place is near to coffee shops, fast food restaurants and stores. Staff is good. There is also an in-house coffee shop.

Location to my work place was ideal. It was a 10min drive even though traffic in Riyadh is like a grand prix race everyday. I did not have breakfast but I do know that the apartment does not cater for the overseas traveller.

Meat and clean property, spacious rooms and courtesious staff. My rooms was small, requested to change and it took no time for front desk to respond affirmatively

Great location, plenty of space to park car, lots of shops and malls around, easy to get taxi/Uber, super friendly team.

The staff was amazing, so was the available parking. I quite liked the soundproofing in the room i got.
